Executive Coaching

With one-on-one executive coaching, we assess your specific goals and needs, identify the roadblocks, and help you map out a personalized path that’s aligned with the objectives of your company. Along the way, we provide the support, structure and focus to shorten the learning curve and get you there faster and more efficiently. Coaching sessions are usually 1 hour, conducted in-person or by phone 3 to 4 times a month.

While the coaching is often sponsored by the executive’s company, with certain organizational requirements to be met, the coaching is for the benefit of the executive. Both professional and personal development may be addressed–since the two are so often intertwined.

Tools to enhance the coaching experience include:

  • Skills and behavioral assessments to identify gaps
  • Pre and post-assessments to measure outcomes
  • 360-degree evaluations
  • Role-playing
  • “Homework” assignments and various types of self-assessments
