In great demand as a business coach and consultant, Eddie Moore brings 30+ years of experience to improving business results for owners and sales leaders. As a successful entrepreneur and a sales leader in retail, real estate and insurance, Eddie helps his clients develop lifelong leadership skills, get extraordinary results through others and reach their business and career goals faster than they would be able to otherwise.

Eddie was with Nationwide Insurance, a Fortune 500 company, for 16 years before joining the firm. His roles included Agency Owner, Sales Manager and Sales Director for North Carolina. While at Nationwide, he was a valuable member of Nationwide’s North Carolina Leadership Team, guiding the company’s growth and profitability with strategic sales and marketing plans while managing operations and budgets for the state operation. Eddie also led an agency acquisition team that increased revenue by more than $120 million dollars over a five year period.

Prior to that, Eddie served seven years as a sales director of a large real estate firm for resort and investment properties and owned a retail store for five years. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a BS in Business Administration in 1978.

Eddie is married and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and two step-daughters. His daughter attends the University of Alabama. He enjoys golf, boating, riding motorcycles, spending time with family and friends, and helping others achieve their goals and dreams.

Maria Kingery co-founded Southern Energy Management (SEM) in 2001 with her husband Bob.
